Quando durante uma semana inteira em que tudo parece correr mal, desde o momento em que nos levantamos até que nos deitamos, pensamos “até quando é que isto vai durar?”. Chega a um ponto em que já não sabemos o que fazer ou para onde nos virar e é aqui que, para mim, entra a música. Ela tem o poder de acalmar, relaxar e até mesmo curar, como também nos abre a mente. When we’re having a week where everything goes wrong, from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed, we start to think “until when will this last?”. It reaches the point where we don’t know what to do or where to turn. For me, that’s when music comes in. Music has the power to shooth, relax us and even heal, as well as opening our minds. Below are some of my favorites, which have been quite useful lately. I sincerely hope you like them!
